Yen & Co is a new fashion brand offering and bringing a fresh and elegant style to life. The manufacturers are based in Mauritius and the brand includes lines for men and women for the local and international market.
The client wanted a logo with a Japanese element to reflect the influence of the brand’s name. The design had to be chic and be appealing to a high street market.
The deer symbol in the logo design represents the Sika Deer native to Japan symbolizing power, gentleness and grace. We decided on a tailor-made serif style typography that reflects a traditional elegance in the design. The design was created while making sure that the logo can be easily embroidered to fabric and printed to paper.
